چکیده

By way of literatures review and investigation, this paper combines general system theory, logistics management theory, collaborative theory with the industry realities in china. On the basis of the analysis, this paper studies the theory give a new definition of the emergency industrial logistics system. In the analysis of industrial emergency logistics system elements, structure, functions and features, we demonstrated the collaboration play an important role to the industrial emergency logistics industry. We use the Synnergetics theories and methods to industrial collaboration Theoretical framework for analysis and optimization of the industrial Emergency Logistics System.
